Michael Fairbanks, 32, of 31 Goodwin Court, Thomaston, was charged May 19 with first degree failure to appear and three counts of third degree larceny.

Brooklyn Marcano, 21, of 292 Mount Vernon Road, was charged May 20 with permitting a dog to roam at large.

Bryanna E. Vroom, 37, of 361 Old Northfield Road, Thomaston, was charged May 20 with violation of a standing criminal protective order.

Timothy Young, 43, of 190 Carter Lane, was charged May 20 with disorderly conduct.
